Truffel in Goslar

Very nice atmosphere, friendly, thoughtful staff. The food is very, very good.

We were at the "Trüffel" 3 days before the 2nd lock down and since we had made a reservation we also had a table. One, possibly two couples had to look for an alternative. This is probably due to the good quality of what came out of the kitchen, we were satisfied with the food. The champagne we had as an aperitif was, how should I describe it, new in taste, it would have been dispensable. The food was good, starter one was potato soup with white truffle, starter two was a salad and also good, main course one - fettuccine with truffle was very good, main course two Züricher Geschnetzeltes was perfect, red wine "Appassiment" (€ 11 per glass). All in all a bit overpriced in my opinion, € 110. Recommended? Yes, if you just want to eat and not stay longer.

A bit of a "would like to gourmet restaurant", service nice, but the starter was forgotten, relatively expensive, but tasty. You don't have to have it, but you can if you can afford it.

Restaurant and staff warm and welcoming. Varied choice of dishes and daily suggestions. Hearty dishes and very nicely presented. Good wines are offered.

Everything a good restaurant has to have. We particularly liked the large selection, its sophistication and the nice and attentive service. The dishes were to the point and of a pleasant elegance. We can only recommend the truffle and wish the team all the best for the future, especially in Corona times.

Delicious food. Expensive but worth every penny.

Despite a late reservation and a short wait, we were assigned a nicely set table. Noble, yet rustic ambience, balanced wines, excellent food. Excellent friendly service, my fettuccini with truffle was a poem. We spent a wonderful evening.

All in all, a total of around. Nice, friendly and fast service distinguishes a umsorgtes package. These delicious, beautiful and great food proffered gave us a great evening. Recommended lamb and steak are combined with truffles plus a wine. Value for money fits here. In any case recommended for a romantic evening or a business lunch or simply just time with friends. We will be back

the presentations were great.Meat dish with wine sauce was fascinating. Would recommend for a nice dinner.

A nice place with excellent dishes

We ate lunch here and were treated well. The fettuccine with truffles were excellent in taste, just wish that the portion would have been more. The “ Caesar salad “ was not authentic but was ok. They went heavy on the lemon in the dressing. We would go again.

Very very nice upscale restaurant with great wines, excellent food and very friendly and courteous service. We were there with nine people. All courses were served at the same time. The card offers something for everyone. The prices are a bit upscale, the value for money is top. We are always happy to come back!

We had chosen this restaurant before our arrival, but did not expect that you should book in advance. Fortunately, we got a table later for 5 people and spent a very nice evening there. The food was delicious, in my case the veal medallion on mashed potatoes with crawfish and lobster sauce and the service was friendly, attentive and competent. We were not disappointed and would return anytime. But in any case reserve in advance.
